battling rockets, eating and idiots stuck together....

“What is it that we are going to do then,” asked Brianna.

“Well,” said Kurt, “it’s the brains of the outfit that’ll have to fix the problem.” He smiled as he spun around on the chair.

“Does that include the women,” Steph asked still looking out the doorway for any incoming problems. “Because women are smart too you know. We were born with brains.”

“True,” said Kurt, “but those who are smart in this field of study are not here in this room. That doesn’t mean you’re not smart just not smart with this.”

“So,” said Brianna as she rolled her eyes, “what are we going to do?” She walked around the room and picked up random things to look at them as if they were interesting enough to look at.

“It’s really early,” said Aron. “We came here to stop people from gaining control of SCN when Jeff went under for his nap. Apparently he is already there in his nap state and people are vying for control. We are now out to fix something more important which is this Bobo virus, silly name.” He looked at his arm that was infected and shook his head confused. He said, “I don’t understand how is it that I am infected since my body is incased with this metal.”

“Good question,” said Kurt as he was now looking at the virus in the microscope.

“Will wouldn’t want to take over SCN,” said Brianna, “that’s just not him.”

“Yeah,” said Kayla. “I’d have to agree. “

Bri said, “Will is too high class for such thing.”

“Females are so easily swayed,” said Nate.

“Hey,” said Lindsey as her hand flared with pink energy.

“Just saying,” said Nate with a weak smile.

The ground shook slightly and the sound of an explosion could be heard. Everyone looked at one another.

“Sounds like another fight,” said Lindsey. “Come on Kurt let’s check it out.”

“I’ll go with you,” said Bri as she went to the door after Lindsey.

Kurt got up from the microscope and motioned for Nate to take over. Nate sat down in the chair.

“Okay,” said Kurt. “We are going to check on the explosion. You all need to keep the use of powers to a low, low amount. Infection will spread if you use your powers. Be careful.”

They nodded. Kurt, Lindsey and Bri left the infirmary.

Daniel felt a surge of energy as he stood up in the dirt crater that his body had made with the help of Thomas. He groaned with irritation. He dusted off his costume that haled from the past. It looked very colonial. He took a deep breath and he was headed back when he heard a rocket like noise. He turned around and looked up in the sky. He saw something shoot past him in the night sky. It was bright orange. It went out of sight but he still heard it. He even heard it coming closer. He could not see it any more and he looked around because it sounded like it was coming from every direction until it rocketed over his head and went straight to the opening in the Wade made wall. Daniel held up his forearm to block the debris from the low flying thing from hitting his face.

The Brain Trust had no idea who hit them but they knew how hard. They bounced around the floor like pins in a bowling ball’s way. The rocket landed on the ground. Rick had collided into the wall because Twelve phased and he passed right through. Rick’s shoulder was lodged into the wall.

“You.Suck,” said Twelve to Rick.

“You have no idea,” said Dan as he looked over at the rocket. “Thomas look.”

Rick said, “Let me hit you once and you won’t be able to say such stupid things.”

“Clever,” said Twelve as he hit Rick in the face with his fist as solid as a diamond.

Rick spit on the ground and looked at Twleve with light in his eyes. “You better run robotic boy.”

“I.Think.I.Will.Stay.Thank.You,” said Twelve.

Thomas looked over at the rocket man and said, “That is Gray.” He waved at Gray and said, “Hey Gray.”

Anarchist had rolled away from the incoming of Gray. He was hiding behind a small slot in a wall. Forty-Five threw his shield at Dan. Dan blocked the shield attack with both his Bowie knives.

The shield went back to Forty-Five. He charged and said, “Dan fall down and go boom.”

Dan laughed and said, “You need better material.”

“You need a better face,” said Forty-Five as he hit Dan across the face with his shield.

Dan felt the impact and it hurt more than he had expected. He swung both his Bowie knives and Forty-Five dodged without breaking a sweat.

“Oh this will be fun,” said Dan.

“Get him,” screamed Bat as he and Sara both struggled to get free of their bonds.

Gray lifted up and rocketed towards Thomas. He hit Thomas in the chest. Thomas tried to blast Gray back but all that happened was a violent explosion that shook the ground and caused everyone else to be leveled and hug the ground. Gray grabbed Thomas and shot them both through the ceiling and went into the sky. Thomas struggled and got free. He swung his fist and hit Gray but all that happened was Gray smiling.

“What are you doing,” Thomas asking a bit shocked.

“What do you mean,” Gray asked. “I’m doing what I need to do and what I was told to do.” He swung both his hands upward hitting him right in the chin. Thomas flipped.

Daniel did not even look up in the sky. There was blast after blast of blinding light that was going off. It was like fireworks. He walked in through the hole that he had created and over the Brain Trust that were not even moving. He did not really care right now.

Anarchist waved him over to where he was. Daniel moved over to him.

“We should go and find out what is going on with Jeff,” said Anarchist.

“Ah leaving those so they keep them occupied,” said Daniel with a big grin.

“Yes,” said Anarchist. “We don’t have time for these stupid fights.”

“You’re right,” said Daniel. “Let’s quickly move.” He ran past the fights followed by Anarchist. No one noticed them and therefore no one stopped them. They made it to the corner.

Daniel looked around the corner and saw that there were three figures heading their way. He pointed down the hall further and so he and Anarchist ran further down the hallway.

“It’s my time to rule,” said Daniel.

“Your,” Anarchist asked.

I’m sorry,” said Daniel, “I miss spoke. I mean us. It’s our time to rule.” Daniel smiled at Anarchist. Anarchist just nodded and followed him further down the hall.

Outside the hole in the Wade wall three more lights came into the wall.

“Well there’s a battle here,” said Gray 1.

“What are we to do,” said Gray 2.

“Gray is fighting through that hole,” said Gray 3.

“Where does the hole go?” Gray 2 asked.

“JJ should have not clone you so close to the actual Gray,” said Gray 3.

“Ha, ha, ha rude,” said Gray 2.

“JJ,” shouted Adrian.

JJ turned around and saw Adrian and quickly created five others and said, “Don’t bother me.”

“No,” said Adrian pleading. “I’m fine. I’m not them.” He shook his head as he walked towards JJ. “Please believe me.”

JJ looked at Adrian trying to assess the situation. He then held up his hands to his side.

“He uses us too much,” said other 2.

“I’m sick of being called like a dog,” said other 5.

JJ absorbed them all back. He looked at Adrian and said, “What is going on?”

“Really,” said Adrian. “You should already know that I’m on your side.” He stood right in front of JJ.

JJ laughed and said, “You scared me.”

“That was what is called a knee jerk reaction,” Adrian asked rising his eyebrows.

JJ nodded.

“AH,” said Adrian.

“How are the metal wings treating you,” JJ asked as he bent back and looked at Adrian’s back.

“They are alright,” said Adrian a bit sad. “I am not use to them. They are a heavy too.”

JJ started walking down the hall. “What is going on back with Thomas?”

Adrian walked next to JJ and said, “He was trying to cure Sara and Bat. Wade and Dustin went after Josh and his group to bring them back.”

“Wade,” said JJ, “I think he is with Andy in whatever room Andy was in. I heard him while I was in the Gloom depot or whatever it was I was in.”

“Well that’s interesting,” said Adrian.

“Sure is,” said JJ. “I’m hungry. Are you?”

“I am,” said Adrian.

“I think I know where the kitchen is,” said JJ. “Do you want to find out what Jeff has to eat? I think he might have something good for us.”

Adrian nodded. “Let’s eat for tonight we it might be our last.”

“Speak for yourself,” said JJ laughing.

They walked down the hall JJ in the led and Adrian followed.

Meg created a shield and looked down at Kel and Kenny who were still rolling around on the floor not really saying things that make much sense.

“Step away from the captured ones,” said a voice.

Meg turned and saw that the Joel bot that had hit the ground had rebuilt itself. She said, “No.”

The Joel bot lifted his hand and fired a blast. It hit Meg’s shield and did nothing.

“I will fire again,” said the Joel bot.

“I’m not scared,” said Meg.

“You will be,” said Joel bot.

She shook her head and said, “I’m going to go with no and I’m going to say that you’re annoying and the way in which I’ll deal with that is simple.” She pointed her finger at him and he exploded from the inside out. “I love these shield bubbles. They so rock.” Pieces of the Joel bot flew in all directions.

Above her the fight waged on.

Anthony shouted, “I can’t believe this,” he fired his cosmic blast and blew off a Joel bot’s arms, “this is like the never ending supply of bots.”

“Yeah,” said Ryan as he elbowed a bot in the face.

“Come on guys,” said Dustin, “this is the most fun I’ve had in a long while.” He spun around with swords out stretched and cut a bot in half. “I love stabbing things.”

Dom punched a bot in the face. He had absorbed the metal in which bots were created and he swung his fist around to hit as many as he could. There was an army of bots that just continued to come. It was drove after drove after drove of bots that continued to fight them.

Josh said, “Come close guys.”

“Now’s not the time to play sexual games,” said Dustin as he stabbed a bot in the face. Sparks flew out of the face.

“It’s not,” said Josh. “Get over here,” he demanded as his eyes flared up.

“It looks like he’s ready to tare it up,” said Fonz. “I use to be able to do that.” He sighed as he looked down at his foot. He swung his hand around and smacked a bot in the face. It sparked and stumbled backwards. “I can’t wait to find Thomas.”

“We’ll find him,” said Josh. “Just step closer to me.”

Everyone moved closer to Josh. Josh stood in front of the group. The bots stormed towards them. Josh rose off the ground and his hands extended to the sides. He said, “You’re going to have to carry me.”

Dustin said, “I know you’re not talking to me.”

Josh nodded.

He sighed. “I hate you.”

“I loath you,” Josh said. He pushed his hands forward and energy wrapped around all the bots that were around them. He gathered all 30 of them and lifted. He closed his eyes and the bots were taken apart bolt by bolt. The bolts were dropped and the clanging of the bolts made a violent noise that echoed down the hallway. Josh dropped the bots onto the ground and they fell apart.

Josh dropped to the ground.

Dustin looked at the body on the ground and looked over at the bots that littered the ground in front of him and said, “I so could have done that.”

“I thought it was down this hallway,” said Cathy annoyed as she looked around.

Adin said, “Where is it we are supposed to be?”

“Where Jeff is suppose to be,” said Cathy.

Hexer said, “You should have turned left down a hallway back there.”

“What do you mean,” Cathy asked, “there was no hallway to turn down.”

“You’ve been fooled,” said Hexer. “I have not.”

“Cathy,” said Haxot annoyed.

“What,” Cathy asked as she looked at her.

“Why do you zone out?” She asked.

Cathy shook her head. She turned around and walked back down the hallway in which they had come.

“Now what,” Adin asked throwing his hands into the air.

“Now we go this way,” said Cathy.

“Joy of joys,” said Haxot.

“Shut up and do as you are told you bunch of dead people,” said Cathy. “Don’t make me send you down to Darph. I will. Don’t make me do it.”

“Oooh I’m so scared,” said Haxot. Her stomach started to hurt. She fell to the ground.

“What is wrong,” Cathy asked as she stopped and looked down at Haxot.

She groaned and said, “My stomach hurts so bad.” She fell on to her side and curled up in a fetal position.

“Leave her,” said Cathy as she turned and walked.

Adin followed her.

“Where are you going,” Haxot asked.

They both ignored her and walked further away.

“You’re finished,” said Wade.

Andy looked at Wade. He had turn off the communication he was having with JJ. “No you’re finished.”

“What is this,” said Dill. “This some sort of two year old fight.”

“No,” Wade said as snapped his fingers. Dill was then pulled in near Andy’s head and fused to the back of his head. Her entire body was melded into the back of his head. Her arms and legs remained free as she kicked about. “You two look better together than not.”

“What the hell,” said Andy as he danced around the room.

Dill said, “What you don’t want to be this close to me?”

“How is this even possible,” Andy asked as he moved about the room.

“Are you thinking you are going to remove her by bouncing around the room,” Wade asked as he started laughing. “You know Will and Cathy are looking for you and I’m sure Daniel will be here soon. I think you both better figure out how to fight being stuck together because either you do or you’ll die this way. Whatever happens is fine for me.” Wade turned around and left the room.

“I’m going to puke if you don’t stop moving about,” Dill said annoyed.

“I don’t get it,” said Andy as he looked into a mirror that was near by. He held it up to look behind his head to see how she was put there. He rubbed his hands over his head and where she was.

“Stop fondling me,” said Dill as she moved her hands about. “You think you’re annoyed by this? I’m stuck in your head and you have flakes. That’s annoying.”

“Great,” said Andy saddened by this moment. “Now I’m a freak.”

“Yes,” said Dill sarcastically, “NOW you are a freak.”

James had felt something change inside him. The device had shocked his system and it seemed to restart him. It gained control of him but at the same time it made his powers return.

He hovered in the air above the forest that surround Jeff’s and Chris was down below. James saw Gray fighting Thomas. They were exchanging blows back and forth. He looked down to see where Chris was now.

Chris stopped at the edge of the forest looking at the three Grays that were in the door way. He looked at them and was confused as to why there were so many of him. He was not JJ.

“I’m going inside,” Chris shouted to James.

James pointed at Gray and Thomas. Chris nodded. James moved in to help Gray fight Thomas.

Gay fight, gay bond, gay taunts, Gloom speak, sick problems

Dustin smiled and gave her a thumbs up. “I’ve come to help.”

“We don’t need your help,” said Josh as he glared at him.

“Well if it isn’t someone who can walk again,” said Dustin. “I still have this Rhino thing.” He flicked Rhino in the head.

Rhino woke up and said, “Crap it’s not a dream.”

“Sure the hell it’s not,” said Dustin. “This is more along the lines of a nightmare.” He looked at Josh when he said nightmare. Josh eyes flared up.

“Help us with what,” Meg said. “We know where Kel and Kenny are. We are doing just fine.”

“Except,” said Tina, “Josh there got himself stabbed and now he’s got a Lurker egg inside him.”

“I knew you were female,” said Dustin. “I can’t believe people thought you were male.”

“I can’t believe you’re not smarter than the crap I took this morning,” said Josh. “I so should have took a picture of it. It looked just like you if you were allowed to come out my butt.”

“God knows who you allow to come in your butt,” said Dustin making a face.

“Wow,” said Meg. “Boys do I need to yank out a ruler and you two can just end this right here right now?”

“Sara’s said that before,” Dustin.

“I bet she needed to say it more than once,” said Meg. “Okay help with what? Focus Dustin.”

“Well I was interested in this Lurker story,” said Dustin.

“FOCUS,” shouted Meg.

“Shhh,” said Anthony who had moved to the corner of the hallway to be the look out with Alan.

“Sorry,” said Meg.

“Well,” said Dustin, “Andy had injected the ones he had captured with devices that would go off and make them flip on us. So since everyone is not here that was captured I’m figuring that they’ll be arriving here and so I was sent to get you to where we are faster so we can deal with them together like a big happy family.”

“This family needs some sort of therapy,” said Dom.

“Where’s Kel,” Dustin asked.

Meg pointed to the door that they were standing next to. “In there,” said Meg. “According to Adam who passed us in the tunnels. Oh and the Lurkers are just big bugs that are mean and don’t like to be disturbed. You can visit them at a later time.”

“Oh I’d love me to kill one of those,” said Dustin. “Can’t believe Josh is weak enough to be taken over by a bug.” He laughed.

Josh said, “I’m going to rip your heart out with a single thought,” said Josh.

“I’ll just grow a new one,” said Dustin. “I’m cool like that.”

“Stop,” said Meg. “I don’t even know how JJ deals with the both of you.”

“He puts them in separate corners for sure,” said Fonz who was still limping on his hurt foot.

“Boxing does sound fun,” said Dustin. “Well open the door brain boy.”

Josh shook his head with a hint of irritation. He turned toward the door with both hands out stretched in front of him and the door just crumpled into a ball and fell to the ground. It did not even bounce it just went clank. Josh looked at Dustin and pointed at the ball of door and then pointed at him.

“Whatever brainy,” said Dustin.

Josh walked passed the door ball and entered the room. He was followed by everyone else. Anthony and Alan stayed by the corner to continue to keep watch. Dustin kicked the door ball and realized it was solid metal. It did not even budge when he then tried to nudge it. It was massive door that was just crumpled in mere seconds by Josh. Dustin was not scared.

“No I’m not,” Dustin said confirming.

Josh sees Kel and Kenny down below through the observation window. He started laughing. “Now that’s the gayest thing I’ve seen and I have a mirror.”

Meg came up and looked down and what she saw was Kel and Kenny on top of one another. She started laughing. “Oh that’s funny. It’s late. Maybe they want the lights off.” She found the speaker button and pressed it then said, “Do you two want to be left alone?”

They did not respond they rolled on the ground towards one wall and then back to another wall. They were talking to one another but it was muffled by their close proximity to one another.

“Something’s up,” said Meg as she looked for a door to get down there.

“We don’t need a door,” said Josh as he pulled the glass out of its place without even making a single crack. It then shattered. The pieces floated around in mid air. He then found trash can that was in the corner. He lowered the shards into the trash can ands said, “Easy.”

Dustin rolled his eyes. He teleported down. Josh followed with everyone else, lowering them down telekinetically.

Meg went to the two that were bound and heard them talking. They sounded as if they were fighting someone but they were just rolling around. It was a good thing their powers were not going off. They would injure one another. She waved Josh over and told him she needed him to hold them still. She untied them. They were in some sort of dazed state.

“Hello,” said Meg as she waved her hands in their face trying to get their attention. The continued to talk and move their feet but were not giving any indication that they noticed them.

“Someone drugged them,” said Dom. “They drugged them and they have no idea where they are or if they are even anywhere at all. They sound like they are in the same place though. That’s odd.”

“Yeah,” said Fonz. “Drugs are bad.” He and Dom laughed.

“Well how do we snap them out of it,” said Meg as she started to snap in their faces. She even slapped them.

“You don’t,” said Dom. “You just have to wait it out.”

“Great,” said Dustin, “all we need is dead weight.”

“Yes,” Josh said agreeing.

“Even so,” said Meg, “we came to save them and that is what we are doing.”

“We have a problem,” shouted Anthony from the observation area.

“What,” Meg asked.

“Bots,” said Anthony. “Lots and lots of bots.” He turned and ducked. The bot swung its arm around and missed. Anthony shot several blasts from his fists and hit the bot. The bot fell out the window and smashed into the ground.

“It looks a lot like someone I know,” said Josh looking down at the smashed bot inspecting it.

“It’s a Joel Bot,” said Meg. “This will not be easy.”

Josh said, “Okay I’ll take everyone up and we’ll deal with them. Meg you can stay here and protect Kel and Kenny. See if you can get them back.”

“Well aren’t you taking on the leader role now,” said Meg with her hands on her waist.

“Yes,” said Josh, “that is before you might have told me to stay here.” He smiled and lifted everyone up towards the observation area.

“I was so going to do that,” said Meg laughing. She turned and looked at Kenny and Kel with a sigh.

Wade looked around. He did not know where Dustin went and staying where he was was not something he intended on doing. Cathy had tossed what looked like Kelly at Will. She was storming off and looked like she was coming in his direction. Who would she be looking for, he thought. He had to think quickly.

She must be looking for the person who is in power and that would be Andy, Wade thought.

He created a wall that blocked off the hallway he was in hoping that would force them further down the hallway. If he remembered correctly the hallway he was in would lead them to where Andy most likely would be in the control room.

Wade turned around and walked down the hall. He would deal with Andy by himself. It was early morning around 1 a.m. It was past his bed time. He was ready to go to sleep. He yawned.

“They left,” said Kimmy.

“Who,” asked telepathically Kori as he looked at Dub_ and Clancy who were knocked out.

“James and Chris,” said Kimmy. “Hi Jayden. It’s not a great time to come back, as you can see.”

Jayden looked at Dub_. He shook him and tried to wake him up. He had this feeling that it was important to get him awake first before Clancy. “I don’t think there really is such a thing as arriving in perfect timing or great timing really,” said Jayden. “Just arriving should be a good thing most of the time.”

Kori thought a moment and then projected telepathically, “Were they not both caught by Jeff?” He all the sudden felt tired. He looked at his watch and realized it was really early and he was really tired.

Kimmy nodded.

“Then they escaped but it must have been to easy for them to just go,” said Kori. “Unless they were allowed to leave.”

“You think they injected them with a device,” said Kimmy as she raised her eyebrows.

“Yes,” said Kori. “That could only explain why they’d just up and leave.”

“This telepathic talking is weirding me out,” said Jayden with a slight laugh. “I’ll get use to it.”

“Just like I’ll get use to your blue self with a tail,” said Kori.

Jayden wagged his blue tail and said, “I like my tail. It comes in handy.”

Dub_ moaned as he came around.

“Are you alright,” Jayden asked.

Dub_ was laid on the ground and he looked up and sneezed because of the coat of dust that surrounded him. He pushed up off the floor and sneezed again because he created a dust cloud that surrounded him. He stood up and looked around gathering where he was. He looked down at the device that was on the floor. He picked it up and looked at it back and front trying to remember what it was he was doing before he was on the ground.

“Are you alright,” Jayden asked again.

Dub_ looked at Jayden and said, “You’re new right? Because I don’t remember you.”

“Jayden,” he said smiling.

“Ah I’ve heard of you,” said Dub_. “My head hurts but I’m fine. I’m just trying to remember what it was I was doing before I was rudely interrupted.”

Jayden moved on to Clancy.

“We have a problem,” said Kori. “We have to assume that JJ doesn’t know that this is going on here too. They most likely are heading back to attack JJ. That is what they were being told to do while they were captured right?”

Kimmy nodded. “Yes. Now what?”

Kori made a disgusted face at the dirty that surrounded him. He really disliked clutter. “We have to go and warn him.”

“How?” Kimmy asked. “We’re not fast enough.”

Kori pointed at Jayden.

“Ah ha,” said Dub_ as he remembered what it was he was doing. He held his head because of the pain but he had to ignore it to finish what it was he was doing. He picked up the chair and sat down. He started tinkering away at the device.

“Ah,” said Kimmy nodding again.

“Jayden,” Kori thought, “come on we have to go. You have to teleport us to Jeff’s.”

“What about Clancy,” Jayden said as he tried to wake him. “I’m worried about him.”

“Don’t worry,” said Kimmy. “He’s been through so much already. I’m sure this will just be added to the list. Plus Dub_ will watch over him. Right?”

Dub_ said, “Yeah, yeah, yeah.” He continued to tinker.

“See,” said Kimmy. She went over and pulled on Jayden. “Let’s go fur ball.”

“Okay,” said Jayden as he walked over Clancy. He grabbed hold of Kimmy and Kori and said, “Think happy thoughts.” Poof they teleported.

“Now what,” said Dan as he looked at Thomas.

“Well,” said Thomas, “we just hope I know what I’m doing or else we have to think of another way to fix them both.”

Bat and Sara were bound together in the metal that Wade created. They both were knocked out and neither is moving. Thomas had just done his best trying to relieve them of the devices that Andy had implanted.

There was a loud knocking on the wall.

“What is that,” Dan asked.

Thomas pointed, “It’s the wall that Wade created for the front door that was there.

“Hello,” said the muffle voice.

Thomas and Dan did not answer.

More knocking and there was another hello.

“We are not going to move away,” said Dan.

“Where,” said Thomas. “We are in the safest place right now. Just hope they don’t blow through the wall.”

The wall cracked and blew in. There stood a figure. He looked at Thomas and Dan.

“I’ll allow you to live,” said the man, “if you just join us.”

Thomas stood up and said, “Daniel I know that voice. I don’t think so. You’re mistaken to think I’d have anything to do with your line of thinking.”

“It’s just not me,” said Daniel as he snapped his fingers. Rick, Fourty-Five, Anarchist and the Brain Trust walked through the hole in the wall. “They are with me.”

“Where is Joel?” Dan asked as he walked over to stand next to Thomas.

“He.Is.Not.There,” said Twelve. “I.Have.Scanned.And.He.Is.No.Longer.There.Neither.

Are.Mat.Or.Mike.Neither.Are.The.Glooms.”

“It’s good you have help,” said Daniel. “Because you’re going to need it.”

“Why don’t you join us,” said Fourty-Five. “We could use someone like you Thomas. You are a great guy.”

“Is he flirting with you,” Dan asked.

“He.Seems.To.Be.According.To.Body.Scans,” said Twelve.

“Thank you for pointing that out,” said Thomas. “I don’t need to feel uncomfortable.”

“I can make you feel worse,” said Rick. His fist started to create bright bulbs of energy. “I’m powerful enough to take you all on.”

“Well,” said Dan. “Cocky is not something they are lacking.”

“I wouldn’t step any closer,” said Thomas.

“Or,” said Dan as he stepped closer.

“You think your kinetic powers can absorb an energy blast that doesn’t create kinetic energy,” said Thomas.

“You think that that is even possible,” said Daniel.

“Oh you’re so about to find out,” said Thomas.

Daniel stepped closer.

Thomas raised both fists and fired. The blast hit Daniel hard. He had never felt something of that magnitude before. He flew backwards through the wall making another hole. His chest smoked and as he continued to fly. He hit the dirt ground digging up a long stretch of a hole as he came to a complete stop. He found it difficult to stand up.

“Anyone else?” Thomas asked.

Rick ran towards them with his shoulder down.

“It can’t be the end of the road,” said JJ. “There’s so much road out there that I have yet to travel.”

“Lame,” said other 4. “I think that if it were the yellow brick road there is a beginning and an end and if this is the end I want my last meal.”

“Come on let’s all clap hands and create more and we’ll so deal with these bots in a way they never imagined,” said other 1.

“Oh god,” said Andy over the loud speaker. “I’m going to kill you and that’ll be that.”

“I was thinking,” said the other 3, “that if you kept us a live we could do your laundry.”

“Ew,” said JJ. “Andy’s laundry is beyond dirty. He doesn’t shower.”

“I do too,” said Andy annoyed.

The Glooms started firing. JJ and the others were already in the position that JJ had wanted. He told them what he had wanted quickly in his own JJ language and they caught on. They moved around dodging the blasts. The Glooms started firing on one another. The first two knocked each other’s legs off.

Andy groaned loudly. Then he said, “Dill who is there?”

“Step away from the controls,” said Wade.

“Wade,” JJ said aloud.

The loud speaker crackled and went off.

The Glooms continued to fire and try to get the JJ’s who were all running around dodging the blast with ease.

Then they stopped. JJ and the others were confused.

“Aww it was just starting to get fun,” said other 1.

The others nodded.

“Done,” said a voice.

“Hello,” JJ asked looking up at the Glooms. Two of them had fallen backwards and were on fire. The fire crackling through the electronics was louder than necessary and it was hard to hear what was being said.

“JJ is that you,” the voice asked.

JJ looked around and said, “Yes?”

“It’s Dub_,” he said through one of the Glooms. “Did they stop firing?”

“Yeah,” said other 3.

“I can’t really tell the vision on this thing is crappy but I can hear you well,” said Dub_.

“What have you done,” JJ asked. “I thank you.” He absorbed the others.

“I created a device that would hack into the Glooms and it worked,” said Dub_. “I’m talent.”

There was a groaning. “Oh,” said Dub_, “Clancy is awake. Oh and you have visitors on your way”

“What do you mean,” JJ asked.

One of the Glooms blew open the door that led back into Jeff’s place. “You have to go. James and Chris are on their way to cause trouble. This kid named Jayden took Kori and Kimmy to warn you but I guess they are not there yet.”

“Jayden,” JJ asked a bit shocked.

“He left you a voicemail and he’s here and yeah so yeah,” said Dub_. “I’m not all caught up I was too into my device. You know me. I work I don’t pay attention to my surroundings but you should go and get everyone together and stuff. Get back here. Let them fight out the stupid ruler ship thing. We need some major R & R.

JJ said, “Ok I’m out. Bye Dub_ the Gloom. Ha.” JJ ran out the door.

“This is interesting,” said Kurt as he looked down at the sample of the disease.

“What,” asked Aron as he walked over to Kurt.

“It looks like the disease first latches onto the thing in which gave us powers,” said Kurt. “It is accelerated when powers are used. It feeds off our power DNA and when the powers are used it makes it eat more and therefore infects more.”

“So if we do not use our powers we’ll be okay,” Kayla asked.

Kurt shook his head and said, “No. It will still infect just at a slower rate. The first thing that falls out is hair and then bruises start to show up. Then it’ll make you start to itch and your skin will peel off. If you scratch too much you might go below the layers of skin. It’ll start to get bloody. You are infections if you scratch. Until then you should be alright.”

“All that from looking at it in a microscope,” Steph asked as she stood over near the door. She was watching to make sure no one was coming to bother them.

“Yes and no,” said Kurt. “I can see the markings of what could happen if it reads as I am thinking. I can see what is possible but I’m not sure I’m right until I see someone that has been infected longer than we have.”

“This sucks,” said Brianna.

“Understatement,” said Nate. “Big time.”
